Newcastle Ballet Theatre (NBT) is a registered provider for the NSW Active & Creative Kids vouchers for eligible families.
Parents need to apply for the vouchers at https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-for-an-active-and-creative-kids-voucher with the eligibility criteria set out by the Office of Sports NSW.
Once you have your voucher, please complete our NBT form below (one form per voucher please) for your voucher/s to be processed. The voucher will then be deducted from your account within 21 business days. The vouchers can only be used for class term fees and are only valid for classes in the same calendar year as stated on the vouchers.
