Adult Ballet
Join our Adult classes, designed for complete beginners, experienced individuals, pre-professionals, current and ex-professional dancers, and dance teachers looking to return to classes. Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are invited to participate. You can start your dance journey or enhance your skills in a fun, friendly, and informal environment.
The classes cater to all levels of fitness and include a body conditioning warm-up, barre exercises, and center practice. Experience improved flexibility, strength, body awareness, and toning while enjoying the art of dance. All participants aged 16 and above are welcome to join us!
Adult Pilates
Adult Mat Pilates offers a multitude of benefits for individuals of all fitness levels. This low-impact exercise helps improve core strength, flexibility, and posture, leading to better body alignment and reduced risk of injury. Additionally, practicing Pilates can enhance muscular endurance, balance, and co-ordination, contributing to overall physical fitness and well-being. The mindful movements and focus on breathing in Pilates also promote relaxation, stress relief, and mental clarity, making it a holistic workout that nurtures both body and mind.
Taking pointe class as an Adult can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience for those that have had previous ballet experience.
This class can also be taken for those new to ballet in ballet flat shoes as a great way to strengthen the feet and ankles, improve balance and alignment, and refine technique with its focus on precision and control.

Timetable & Fees
All adult ballet classes are on a casual basis.
5 & 10 class cards are available.
What to wear
It is not necessary to wear a leotard and tights but you are welcome to if you wish. It is recommended that you wear something fitted and comfortable, such as jazz pants, leggings or active wear.
Footwear: Ballet shoes or socks.
