Tiny Dancers
Lewis started dancing at the age of 3. After starting at such a young age, his love for dance was almost instinctual. He attended many local ballet schools in Newcastle, before he found the right fit at Newcastle Ballet Theatre in 2013. After 4 years including 1 in full-time training, Lewis was accepted into The Australian Ballet School in 2017. He officially joined The Australian Ballet for their 2019 season and is now dancing with Queensland Ballet as a Young Artist.

Principal artist with the
Australian Ballet
Sharni as born in Lismore NSW and grew up in Tamworth and Newcastle. She began dancing at three and studied at Sally Kefts School of Dance and The Marie Walton Mahon Dance Academy. Sharni joined NewZealand School of Dance in 2006, graduating in 2007. Sharni joined The Australian Ballet at the beginning of 2008 and was promoted to Coryphée in 2012. She was the recipient of the Khitercs Hirai Foundation Scholarship in 2012, and used it to spend three months rehearsing and performing Giselle with Dutch National Ballet. She was promoted to Soloist in 2017, to Senior Artist in 2020, and then to Principal Artist in 2022.

We are very excited to announce our 2024 Guest Teacher
At the age of 14, Jack moved to Melbourne to study at The Australian Ballet School, which led to a 5 year contract with The Australian Ballet. Since retiring from the stage, Jack has been teaching ballet, Pilates and Barre throughout NSW and QLD.
